My Promise to You

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you probably will not get to meet me until you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and –Yes—different pricing. One thing for sure is that a Home Inspection requires work—a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

buy back guarantee badgeInterNACHI’s Buy-Back Program is offered to homebuyers who hire a participating InterNACHI® member to perform their home inspection.  Under the Program, if InterNACHI® determines that the inspector missed something that he/she should have identified and reported, InterNACHI® will buy your home back. The homebuyer must provide InterNACHI® with the purchase contract, the inspector’s report, evidence showing that the inspector failed to report an issue that he/she should have found according to InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice, and any other documents InterNACHI® reasonably requests.
